Rogue One was a mixed bag of emotions for a lot of long time Star Wars fans. The movie had a lot of division among the die hard fan base of the science fantasy, with many not wishing for the movie that happened before A New Hope, and others feeling it a story to huge not to be told!
One thing is certain about the movie is that it gave fans a lot to think of and discuss. Was this the best movie in the long running franchise? Or was it just a mediocre story with little exposition? Well things are soon to be put to the test and players of Star Wars: Legion can find out for themselves if Rogue One and its characters are worthy of taking to the battlefield!
Two brand new units have just been announced for the hit miniature game from Fantasy Flight Games and both are taken from Rogue One. First up is Director Orson Krennic, the main antagonist in Rogue One and a formidable enemy for the fledgling Rebellion. Krennic was pretty awesome in Rogue One and Ben Mendelssohn who portrayed him showed a kind of bad guy we had not seen before in the history of Star Wars and pretty much stole most of the scenes he was in.
Krennic is a very ambitious character, power hungry and not afraid to step on anyone if it gets him what he wants, and as the man in charge of the Empires super weapon The Death Star, he has the power to back up his actions.
Krennic is a very powerful man and has such as access to not only the Death Star but also his own elite Death Troopers, hand picked from the best of the best in the academy and outfitted with the very best equipment and technology. Death Troopers are among the very elite of the Empires troops, rivaled only perhaps by the Royal Guard and they strike fear wherever they go!
Both Orson Krennic and Death Trooper Expansions will be available in early 2019 and are both now available to order from Fantasy Flight Games directly, or your local games store. Gamers Web recommends 6s2hit.com for great value and up to 25% discount on retail prices!
