Here is my look at the latest issue of Age of Sigmar: Mortal Realms from Hachette Partworks, in conjunction with Games Workshop. Issue 4 comes with 4 easy-to-build Glavewraith Stalkers, Nihilakh Oxide paint and battle mat.
The magazine looks at the Glavewraith Stalkers, and gives us a glimpse at the realms.
The Glavewraith Stalkers are again a push to fit miniature, complete with detailed bases, but as with all the miniatures in the magazine I would strongly recommend using glue on the models to avoid any problems and get a flush fit with the parts.
The issue is rounded off with a pot of Nihlkakh Oxide Paint, which I have only started to use for the first time recently. This paint is pretty amazing for getting otherworldly look to ghosts and spirits and is ideal for the majority of miniatures in the range that we will get with the magazine.
Overall another great-looking new magazine that will help introduce new gamers to the hobby and once again well thought out and executed by Hachette Partworks!
Looking ahead over the next couple of weeks we find
Issue 5 comes with a unique miniature to this magazine Xandra Azurebolt for the Sigmar faction .
Issue 6 comes with The Thorns of the Briar Queen.
I plan on covering each issue in the same way as I did with Conquest but will try to go more in-depth with my weekly written reviews.
