I wasn’t well yesterday and forgot to queue this post to go live, so apologies for that. Games Workshop has just shown off some awesome new images of the upcoming Seraphon Battletome for Warhammer Age of Sigmar and the models look outstanding.
Kicking things off is the Battletome itself, which weighs in at 108 pages and is packed with the history and background of this ancient race of Saurians who hail from the stars themselves.
There are also Warscrolls to keep a track of all your units as well as a brand new ‘Start Collecting’ box which is packed to the gills with Skinks of all shapes and sizes and comes with a mighty Bastiladon model too.
But for me that cream of the crop has to be the highly impressive Ziggeraut that is topped by a Realmshaper Engine, which looks pretty awesome to say the least.
I have always had a soft spot for Lizardmen in fantasy and really am looking forward to these models coming out as I hope to collect a small force to go alongside the Nighthaunts I am building up slowly with the Age of Sigmar Mortal Realms magazine.
There is also a brief look into the background and history of Seraphon the over on the Warhammer Community page to whet your appetite for the release.
